CTXone's open tier is shipping and ready to install today. CTXone Enterprise — multi-tenant, SSO, audit bundles, compliance features — is on a compressed roadmap. The Early Access Program is how we work with a small number of anchor partners to ship Enterprise features that actually solve their problems, rather than what we guess.

EAP partners run on CTXone today, shape what ships next, and lock their rate for 3 years. We pick up the phone when they call. That's the whole program.

What partners get

  • Immediate access to the CTXone open tier — install it, evaluate it, run it against your real workflows starting today.
  • Early access to Enterprise features as they ship — SSO, RBAC, audit bundles, multi-tenant, policy governance, fleet view — at no additional cost during the EAP period.
  • Direct founder access — email, shared Slack, whatever works for you. Feedback, support, and bug triage go straight to the people building the product.
  • Quarterly product review calls — 30-60 minutes every quarter. Your input shapes the Enterprise roadmap.
  • Locked early pricing, guaranteed for 3 years — the rate you commit at holds regardless of future GA pricing changes.
  • Co-authored case study (opt-in only) — marketing visibility when you're ready, never before.

Who it's for

Organizations in compliance-forward industries — healthcare, financial services, regulated public sector, large SaaS — that are actively building internal agent workflows and need Enterprise features in the short-to-medium term. Partners who want to help shape the product, not just consume a finished SaaS offering.

If you're a solo dev or hobbyist, the open tier is what you want — it's the same product, minus the Enterprise bolt-ons. EAP is for teams with commercial intent and a real deployment.

What partners commit to

  • 3-year minimum term at the locked rate.
  • One 30-60 minute feedback call per quarter — so we can tell whether we're building the right thing.
  • Willingness to be a reference — verbal or written, if the fit is right. No unilateral marketing use of your name.
  • Actual usage — you use CTXone as part of your real workflow. The program isn't set up to reserve a future rate on code you don't intend to run.

What if I'm not sure we qualify?

Fill out the form anyway — we triage, and if the fit isn't right we'll point you at the self-serve open tier. No one loses anything by asking.

How many partners are you taking?

A small number. Enough to get real signal, few enough that every partner gets founder-level attention. We'd rather have five committed partners than fifty disengaged ones.

Is pricing public?

No, because the right anchor is per-partner. We quote after understanding your use case, team size, and compliance needs on the qualification call.

When does Enterprise GA ship?

We don't commit externally to a date yet. EAP partners get features as they ship and transition on their locked rate when Enterprise reaches GA.
